I came down to see one of the vehicles on their lot and when I got there it was sold. I spoke with a salesman before stopping by to confirm it. Now on the good side he did send me all the information that I asked for (MFA, CarFax, shop bill). But the vehicle wasn’t waiting for us and when we got there he said it was sold but can we look at other vehicles. This is a bullshit tactic that makes the car salesman look bad. I’m sure his sales manager told him to say that.
I bought this car about 10 months ago, and the moment I got behind the wheel it felt like a dream come true, so far the best car I've ever owned, and as for the staff, u guys where awesome to deal with, best experience ever, thank you so much.

I can’t say anything bad about this place , unfortunately we had an issue with a used Truck but between Tristan and Erik they were both stand up guys and we were able to come to a resolution that worked for both parties if you need a vehicle see Tristan if you need help at a higher level see Erik great guys!!!

Bought a new 2024 GMC Canyon Denali through the dealership, everything was great until the point I actually took delivery of it.

Drove in from Saskatoon through a snow storm and they were willing to stay late as we weren't sure what time we were going to get there. All the staff were willing to help in any way for whatever we needed.

90days no payments isn't 90days. turns out to be 74 from bill of sale date and 69 days from when bill of sale was actually signed, with no explanation or response as to why. Do the math yourself i guess?
-Sales team and customs team has a communication disconnect so relay your wants and needs to customs department and not sales to get what you want and what you don't want on your build.

The sales Rep was dealing with 3 customers including me at the same time . I do have more to share about my experience with this dealership but it will be a very long description to which I donot want to bore anyone with my long story.
I was working away from home and ran into issues with my truck. Greg in the service department gave me the same level of customer service I only normally receive at my home dealership. Thanks for everything.
Dishonest about pricing. Did not respect provincial all-in advertised pricing laws and lied about fees that cannot be legally added on top of the advertised price, such as PDI. I would expect a sales manager to be familiar with AMVIC regulations.
Had the best purchasing experience ever with these guys. Everything was legit, communication was amazing, nothing hidden or no surprises. Jess and Diego were outstanding. They were great getting us in the door. Had all the right answers and treated us fairly. Unfortunately upon delivery that’s when things started falling apart. Had trouble meeting the delivery schedule. Couldn’t get us our copies of paperwork ( big amvic no no) couldn’t get us the 2nd set of keys as promised. Didn’t even get the truck home without check engine lights coming on. 5 months later still waiting on empty promises. I would stay away from this place.
Great experience front to back with salesman Nico and sales manager Austin. Nico responded to my online inquiry at 9:30pm and was very helpful with answering all my questions. When I arrived for a test drive the next day, he had the truck pulled up and warm, greeted me with friendly conversation and educated me on the options. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make any decisions. Would highly recommend this dealership and working with Nico.
Experience shopping was great . Ended up buying 2 vehicles. Was promised swag we never received and haven't heard anything as far as a followup since bringing vehicles home. Have warranties I have no clue how to use that we paid alot of money for. Our seller was Landon Meyer. 🤷♀️
Take forever to get parts
Brought my car in to get my brakes changed. Greg was fantastic and made sure it was all taken care of. He was friendly and professional. My car was taken care of efficiently and shuttle was offered! A free car wash was included and overall, a seamless experience! Will definitely be back next time my car needs maintenance!

Although we weren’t able to make a deal, I have had the pleasure of working with Tyson and Austin twice over the last year. They are a few hours north of me so when it came time to make a deal the distance was the overall issue. It was refreshing knowing that I wasn’t being pushed to just buy a truck. I would not recommend Sherwood GMC. I found the staff very unprofessional(swearing and pretend fighting on the sales floor). I was not even approached in the dealership when I walked in and there was many salesman standing around. And on top of that the guy behind me was approached right away after entering. As much as I love my GMC and Sherwood GMC is very close I would take it elsewhere if you want good service and professionalism
